 Hadith About Ownership

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خِرَاشِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ عَنْ الْعَوَّامِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ فِي الْمَاءِ وَالْكَلَإِ وَالنَّارِ وَثَمَنُهُ حَرَامٌ قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ يَعْنِي الْمَاءَ الْجَارِي

Had told us Abdullah bin Sa'id said, had told us Khirasy bin Abdullah bin Ash Hausyab Syaibani of Al Awwam bin Hausyab from Mujahid from Ibn Abbas, he said, "The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said:" The Muslims of association in three ways , water, grass and fire. Opinion  'ulama / scholars

           As-Sarkhasyi, in Al-Mabsûth, explaining hadiths above by saying, in these traditions are setting berserikatnya people, both Muslims and infidels, in three. Likewise shirkah interpretation (union) in flowing water in large rivers such as the Euphrates valley, Dajlah and Nile. Utilization water rivers such as the utilization of the sun's position and the air; Muslims and non-Muslims have equal rights in this regard: there is no one who should not deter anyone from exploiting it. It's like the use of public roads to walk on that road. Mean expression bayna shirkah An-Nas (association among men) an explanation of the basic provisions ibâhah (pembolehan) and equality (Musawah) among men in the use of (three).
